Login troubleshooting: For current and returning members
- Have you changed your email address since you last logged in? Try entering a previously used address as your user name. Once logged in, you can update your account with your current email.
- If you do not remember your user name, contact us at membership(at)eshg.org to retrieve it.
- If you do know your user name but forgot your password(usually your ESHG membership ID), we will reset it for you (contact us at membership(at)eshg.org).
- If you are unable to access your account, do not create a new account. This creates record duplication errors and difficulties for future attempts to log in.
